I co-founded Aiden.ai in 2016 in London. Aiden was one of the
first AI copilots for marketers, a virtual analyst that didn’t just report on campaigns but offered to implement optimisation recommendations.
As co-founder & CEO, I had lead the company from idea to acquisition by Twitter in 2019.
After the acquisition, I joined Twitter’s product team as Director of product management , first in London and later in California where I relocated with my husband and 2 young kids in the middle of a hostile takeover. This experience was a whirlwind, full of growth, hard lessons, and the kind of leaders who leave both inspiring and cautionary marks on your path.
I resigned from my position at Twitter a year before the end of my earn-out after the change of leadership.
After 13 years abroad I returned to Europe.
Since 2020, I've backed +30 early-stage startups across the UK, France and the US.
As a founder who had just one woman out of 14 investors, I've made it my mission to pay it forward and change the narrative: more than half of the companies I support today are led by women. I believe innovation flourishes when everyone has a seat at the table. Empowering the next generation of diverse builders and leaders.
When I'm not working with founders, I'm sharing the lessons of my own journey on stage and through my writing and social media. My book EXIT also tells the unfiltered story of building, growing, and selling my startup while navigating leadership and motherhood. All with a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour - which tech needs!
In 2025, I joined OVNI capital, a 60m€ investment firm in Paris as a General Partner, supporting European founders with global ambition.
